  • The raw materials for our artichoke chips is certified organic however the whole range of Other Foods is not certified organic. However, we are always working to source the highest quality ingredients for our range of snacks.

  • It’s a combination of science and gourmet adventure!

     

    We firstly vacuum dry our selected mushroom and okra, then put them into a vacuum chamber to gently cook them in a relatively low temperature (around 60 ℃）We are aiming for that symphony of crunchiness! Then comes the dash of vegan maltose to strengthen the natural sweetness of vegetable, then season with pinch of Himalayan salt to perfection. 

    All of our snacks are cooked in small batch to ensure we bring the highest quality to you.

  • Although all of our raw materials are certified, Other Foods are not currently certified Kosher or Halal. It is something we would consider if enough consumers ask for it.
