I've always loved oyster mushrooms for their beautiful shape, gentle flavour and silky texture.

But I had a question: what if we could keep everything lovely about an oyster mushroom and give it a completely unexpected crunch?

Well, we did.

Delicate, subtly savoury and wonderfully crisp, these are for those who appreciate the quieter side of flavour — without compromising on satisfaction.

They're lovely straight from the bag, although I also enjoy scattering them over a salad when I'm feeling particularly creative.

  • The raw materials for our artichoke chips is certified organic however the whole range of Other Foods is not certified organic. However, we are always working to source the highest quality ingredients for our range of snacks.

  • It’s a combination of science and gourmet adventure!

     

    We firstly vacuum dry our selected mushroom and okra, then put them into a vacuum chamber to gently cook them in a relatively low temperature. We are aiming for that symphony of crunchiness! Then comes the dash of vegan maltose to strengthen the natural sweetness of vegetable, then season with pinch of Himalayan salt to perfection. 

    All of our snacks are cooked in small batch to ensure we bring the highest quality to you.

  • Although all of our raw materials are certified, Other Foods are not currently certified Kosher or Halal. It is something we would consider if enough consumers ask for it.
